I think such a research is long overdue as it will give insight into editor patterns and more tailored to Ghanaian wiki community. Such insights could be expanded to understanding other african countries.

Although internet connectivity/cost might seem a delimiting factor for many when it comes to contributing to wmf sites, I believe there's more to that, and hopefully, this research will give us eyes into such issues.
