etc. will be granted access for documents helping them in the work, which
will be long/inappropriate for mailing list.

After your first visit to the folder, you can access it in your *Recent
Folder* in your Google Drive.

Find time to request access and browse it.

I have granted everyone access. Our community is essentially online and so
to organise ourselves, we use online tools.

That folder is for *NEW *recruits and often you will have to go there for
reference.
