If you don't like the image used on the app with the lightning (I know someone found it too dark), we could do other images or no image at all. For the U.S. site, we substituted an image of the Golden Gate Bridge. http://wikilovesmonuments.us/ Anyway, please discuss any concerns with the design or anything else here and let us know if we can help facilitate more promotion of the app through the national sites. Grant drafting in progress

Hello everyone, The Planning Wikimedia Ghana team is working on sending a proposal to the WMF for grant to work on a project we choose to call it in general as, "Ghana Welcomes Wikimedia". However, there are sub-projects to this umbrella project. The draft was recently moved to the Wikis on Meta http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Ghana/Ghana_Welcomes_Wikimedia Apply any needed corrections, additions and subtractions to the draft as it fits the WMF strategies. You can leave your comments on its talk page. http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk:Wikimedia_Ghana/Ghana_Welc… Note: The budget for the project has not yet been added. I'm still working on it. You can help me by joining me on Google Drive so that we do the tweaking together. But, the file will go on the Wiki by close of friday. The grant proposal will be sent maximum by Sunday, so your immediate contribution is essential
