I am trying to edit the message file, everytime I make a change break
the wiki. I find out that some line in the message file like the
Sysoptest is break into several lines. Is this cause the problem?
How can I edit the file?

SVN trunk, revisions 15237-8:
"searchquery" is now renamed to "searchsubtitle" and supports wiki
text. I updated English, French and German language files.
Rob Church
'watchlistanontext' => 'Please $1 to view or edit items on your watchlist.',
$1 = login
I think it's bad message. E.g. I can not use word "please" in Russian
translation because it needs other wordform of "login".
