I think Sundanese Wikisource is ready to become a new Wikisource. Request on Meta Wiki https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikisource_Sundanese. For more than five months, there are ample contributions https://meta.toolforge.org/catanalysis/index.php?cat=1&title=Sunda&wiki=sourceswiki from at-least 3-4 contributors per month.
FYI, there is a Sundanese Wikipedia already.

I responded to one of the requests yesterday. I checked some of the pages randomly and they've done a great job. feel they're good to go.

I concur, there is a lot of activity from several users and lots of content. Since you posted this 12 days ago and there have been no objections, I'll take the liberty to post about it in [[m:Talk:Language committee]].
