I have been working on the Mulitlingual Wikisource to add Punjabi works for quite a some time now. Can you guide me how we can have our own domain as pa.wikisource.org.

Yes there is already a request here:

But hasn't it moved to the next stage ? I am working on getting active editors and according to stats I saw that the messages required for this have been translated as well.
