Hi,
In the Langcom meeting in Berlin one issue was mentioned several times: The committee members are interested in doing more than just approving new domains.
In general, this is excellent!
One particular thing that Michael raised is that he would be happy to contribute his thoughts on upcoming software changes that are related to language support. An example of this is the languages button in the mobile web interface: it's only an icon without a text label, and it may be unclear and hard to find.
If nobody objects, I'll start updating the committee's mailing list about upcoming language-related features of which I am aware. A lot of those are developed by the team in which I am the product manager, but language—as we know—is everywhere, so I'll post updates about features developed by others as well.
If anybody has any comments, or if it gets to spammy, please tell me.

We had meetings every day from Thursday evening to Sunday evening i various lineups. I have some of the notes, others have their own. I've just cached up with my regular life, so, I am doing things one by one. Notes from the meetings will be one of them.
