This seems to be ready to go. Activity and interface translation are fine. The page count is not straightforward, as there is a large number of pages not in the main category of the language. But as you can see from the discussion, (a) there are actually several hundred content pages in this test, and (b) there is ongoing support activity going on in the community. I think this would be a good approval. Starting initial seven-day clock now.

I think that's an acceptable risk since the public announcement doesn't exist to make the public rejoice over the planned approval but also to make it possible to slow the process down if necessary.
