Hi everyone,
I have earlier tried to push this request but could not see it later on. Khowar community has been consistently contributing to develop Khowar Wikipedia in Wikimedia Incubator.
Here is the request on meta: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Khowar
Catanaylsis shows at least 3 editors for more than 2 years:
https://tools.wmflabs.org/meta/catanalysis/index.php?cat=0&title=wp/khw&...
While there have been more than 3 editors during some months as well. I believe the creation of Khowar Wikipedia will give the necessary boost the whole community and the members who have stopped editing in the past will resume editing.
All the required messages have been translated on translatewiki. Hence, I propose the creation of Khowar Wikipedia.
Yes, please! The only step missing is finding an independent expert to verify that the content is actually in Khowar. I tried doing this before, and sent emails to many professors, but didn't get any replies. So if you could give it a shot, that would be great.

Satdeep, you already sent the request for approval of Khowar Wikipedia on February 6th. If nobody objects till the day after tomorrow (February 13th), this project should be approved, counting that we have somebody to verify that the content on the Incubator project is written in Khowar language.
May you find a linguist to do so?

Yeah and how do we know that is true? I think there's no need to rush now, the project is already active for a long time now and will stay so if it takes some days more. It's not that I don't believe Rachitrali would be a suitable expert himself, but when there's one expert, another one will be somewhere who can at least confirm him, right? And I see Satdeep notes he already contacted one.
