I propose that we accede to them. Those of you who are knowledgable about it might especially want to review the arguments given on the Moldovan proposal, however.
If the proposals are accepted, I would say we request these deletions to be carried out by the redirecting mo.wikipedia.org to ro.wikipedia.org, and the als sites to als.wikipedia.org, as also mentioned in the proposals. The deletion of the databases would not take place, per the discussion with developers at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T169450.
