I am the president of Wikimedia Norge now, and we have a project idea to create Wikipedias in Kven [fkv] (5000 speakers in Norway), Southern Sami [sma] (600 speakers in Norway and Sweden) and Lule Sami [smj] (2000 speakers in Norway and Sweden). I am not suggesting to bypass the Incubator or translation requirements or anything, but I need your input before we start: Do you think these languages are viable/"big" enough to warrant their own Wikipedias?
