I'm also ok with it. (Btw: please remember to use the new mailing list,
langcom@, not langcom-l@ nowadays).
At Wikimania I talked to Ganesh Paudel about Maithili Wikipedia as well,
also about finding someone for the verification of the content. Now,
nothing against speakers of a language at Red Hat, but if at all possible,
I'd still prefer if we contact a linguist, if at all possible. So, let me
contact Ganesh about the linguists known to him who could be willing to
verify it; and I'll get back to you with the results.

Use incubatorwiki instead of incubatorwiki_p. The latter is a relict from
toolserver.

I do not agree.
While localisation is complete as you say <
https://tools.wmflabs.org/robin/?tool=codelookup&code=fa>,
the activity of the test-wiki does not suffice to me <
https://tools.wmflabs.org/pathoschild-contrib/catanalysis/index.php?cat=0&t…
>:
The only month with a lot of activity was March 2014, before that, only
January and July 2013 had somewhat high numbers of edits or contributors.
