Hi all.
I've been looking at http://en.wikipedia.org/wikistats/EN/Sitemap.htm, which gives a quite interesting set of statistics. I note we have a (fragmentary) set of stats on the number of visits; do we have any figures on the breakdown of those by browser?
I was about to quote some statistics on en:wiki about usage, and it struck me that if we had a rough breakdown for wikipedia, rather than relying on the wildly fluctuating ones across the web, it'd be useful to know, even if no more than a vague snapshot from a year ago.
Thanks,

We're not currently producing stats from our web logs, due to the inability of our previous system to handle combining and processing the massive amounts of log data without bogging down the site for half of every day.
At such time as we resume with a new system, we may still not have any browser breakdown data since Squid doesn't normally log the user-agent data.

From the last update in October last year: http://wikimedia.org/stats/en.wikipedia.org/usage_200410.html

Thanks; it's exactly the sort of thing I was after.
If anyone's interested, I was trying to gauge the usage of Opera specifically; the stats for the last few months listed give it as 3-5%, which is higher than I anticipated.
