I would just like to say, that I really hate the right-click editing. Mostly because I can no longer right click on headings that are also links to open them in a new page. Could we make this a feature you can turn off in the user preferences?

Now that you've posted that on three separate lists, could you please explain what right-click editing is?

It means calling up the "Edit" window by using the right button of your mouse (which is to the right of the left (or possibly middle) button of your mouse). If you are left-handed and have set your mouse to swap the buttons, the left button would be the right one, and the right button the wrong one.
Seriously, though, you can turn this on in the Preferences ("Enable section editing by right clicking on section titles (JavaScript)").
