explain what right-click editing is?
It means calling up the "Edit" window by using the right button of your
mouse (which is to the right of the left (or possibly middle) button of
your mouse). If you are left-handed and have set your mouse to swap the
buttons, the left button would be the right one, and the right button
the wrong one.
Seriously, though, you can turn this on in the Preferences ("Enable
section editing by right clicking on section titles (JavaScript)").
