Are you open to the idea of a private/corporate space? My workplace (Metaweb, who run http://freebase.com/, which uses Wikipedia heavily) recently hosted an OpenStreetMap event during Where 2.0, and I'm pretty sure would be open to the idea of hosting Wikimedians. We have meeting room facilities (projectors, etc), tables, chairs, comfy seats and sofas, kitchen space, etc. It's downtown near Montgomery BART.
Thanks for offering, Kirrily!
Having done bits of work for Metaweb, I can vouch for both the people and the space. It's not far from all sorts of public transport, and so is a good choice for BART, MUNI, and CalTrain riders. And although it's nominally a corporate space, it doesn't have a particularly corporate feel. I'm all for it!
