for Technology and Educational Innovation of the University of Alicante, Spain, if we can send a Wikipedia representative to a conference
they
are organizing at the University 17-18 November. The theme of the conference is Open Knowledge, and it is the first of its kind.
Does anyone have suggestions as to someone who can go?
