New subject: Turkish Wikivoyage

I've been approached by fellow Turkish speakers about the possibility of getting approval for the Turkish edition of Wikivoyage. I actually do suggest to wait a bit until the converter issue is resolved. Among other problems, the current localization is a mix of both alphabets and that's not a good way to launch. I'm already talking to these people about it, and it can probably be resolved soon by some cleanup in the localization and configuration files, and won't require any substantial development. I think Tachelhit Wikipedia might already be ready for approval. I had a really nice email conversation with the Tachelhit Incubator editors. As a result of that conversation, I made a patch for the converter, and it was merged on Monday. If all goes well, it will be deployed next week. So this is definitely not a blocker any longer.
