I would mark this proposal [1] as eligible if there is no Guarani Wikipedia [2], so leaving here for the standard procedure.
Guarani Wikipedia uses Paraguayan Guarani, so I suggest eligible status for this request. Eastern Bolivian Guarani language [3] is spoken by more than 50,000 of people mostly in Bolivia, but also in Argentina (where it's known as Western Argentine Guarani) [4].
