I think Sundanese Wikisource is ready to become a new Wikisource. Request on Meta Wiki https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikisource_Sundanese. For more than five months, there are ample contributions https://meta.toolforge.org/catanalysis/index.php?cat=1&title=Sunda&wiki=sourceswiki from at-least 3-4 contributors per month.
FYI, there is a Sundanese Wikipedia already.
