I took the liberty to mark Wikipedia requests for a few languages as ineligible: 1. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Romanes... - no ISO code. 2. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Pacha_M... - no ISO code, and this is not a distinct language, but a certain literary style of Malayalam. (See the section "1850–1904" in the Malayalam article in the English Wikipedia and the "പച്ചമലയാളപ്രസ്ഥാനം" article in the Malayalam Wikipedia, which Google translates quite clearly.) 3. https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikipedia_Ottoman... - ancient language.
