I've made request for Wikipedia in Doteli [1] eligible. Doteli is a Nepali language spoken by around 800,000 of people [2]. It is widely used [3].
In relation to the approval, I would ask somebody else to analyze if the requirements are fulfilled and if not, what the community should do.
The most-used messages are complete. With regard to test-wiki activity, there are at least 3 active editors since the start of the test in August 2014, although with interruptions (the most recent one being in Nov. '16, when there were only 2 active editors). However, I daresay we could approve this.
Does anyone know someone who could verify the content? If not, we could get back to the "scholars" mentioned in Janak Bhatta's mails (which he wanted to "keep in the thread", but I don't see any).

Hi Janak,
Thanks for your email.
I took a look at the statistics and at some pages.
The activity statistics look quite good, although they are lower for
this
month. The most important is to keep this incubator activity as high as possible.
The translatewiki statistics look good as well.
The articles look OK as far as I can tell, but I don't actually know
the
language, so I cannot verify it further. Is there anybody in the
Langcom who
can find a Doteli expert?
