Slovincian: Rejected. Has no valid language code; generally considered a dialect of Kashubian (csb). (The last non-housekeeping edit on this request was in 2010.)
Slavistics recognizes Slovincian as a language system on the same level as Kashubian is. Traditionally, both of them are treated as "outer dialects of Polish". If I remember well, unlike Kashubians and Poles and like Sorbs, Slovincians had closer inter-Slavic connections with South Slavs.
However, the language is extinct. As far as I remember, the last speaker died in 1950s, so rejecting it is fine, as there should be a visible movement and at least a couple of native speakers before it could be considered as a legitimate for a Wikimedia project.
