Khorramabad is the capital of Lorestan province and has the most population, Khorramabadi dialect is the most common dialect in Northern Luri and because of existent of several dialects in Northern Luri, locals are agree with using this dialect and yes there are more verbs like Persian. I would like to ask other members to vote for the approval.

Please find below the relevant part of Erik Anonby's response. For privacy reasons, I've taken out the email address he mentions. I'm actually happy to consider Erik's evaluation as sufficient verification and would vote to approve the lrc-wp request. If the majority of you, however, would prefer further and more detailed verification, I'll write to Mehdi Moshkriz. Let me know.

from Erik Anonby's reply:
"I know Bakhtiari and Southern Luri a lot better than Northern Luri – most of my knowledge of N Luri is lexicon and phonology rather than whole texts. But from looking at several articles, it looks well-enough written to me. There are some quirky orthographic things (like splitting the –e “is” / direct object suffix) off of words, but many fewer issues than a lot of the other homemade scripts I’ve seen used for Luri. The author is also using Khorramabadi dialect, which is the central dialect but heavily influenced by Persian and not typical of the language as a whole. He could still use this dialect but with a bit of accommodation to the language as a whole; for example, it’s a bit of a shame he doesn’t use Luri verb prefixes like present/continuous i- (which is used pretty much everywhere other than in Khorramabad) rather than Khorramabadi mi- (which is from Persian). Two scholars who could verify the content (naturalness, spelling, etc.) better than me are: Sekandar Amanollahi (retired; I don’t have his contact info) Mehdi Moshkriz (at Iranshahr University until recently; his email is [...]) Mehdi is very nice and could probably put you in touch with many other Luri scholars, too, to check the articles."

Thanks,
I have written to Erik Anonby (the author of the most recent linguistic article on Northern Luri: "Update on Luri: How many languages?" published by the Cambridge /Journal of the Royal Asiatic Society/ in 2003) asking him whether he is sufficiently well-versed in Northern Luri to verify the content on the incubator, or if not, whether he could suggest someone else.

Hoi, Sorry, I am fine with having a Northern Luri project. I would like it to be started in Wikidata asap and I do want an external expert, I am happy when one is suggested to us. Thanks, Gerard
