A few days ago, I requested for this project to make the core message translation 100%(and they're done!), and to fill in the too short pages found in random sampling. In my opinion, their community is sustainable, and even in the case of random sampling, I don't see this as a very serious level that must be addressed. So I think that asking them to mind pages that are too short would be enough.
