The problem with indigenous languages of Australia is that they are used by very small number of speakers. The rule is that there are just few dozen of speakers.
According to Ethnologue, the language is "shifting" [4], meaning that it is not likely that there are young speakers.
Usual action in the situations like this one is to put the proposal "on hold" and wait for native speakers. However, I think that WM AU could do something here. And that's why I've added Gideon Digby into communication.
