[Langcom] Dutch Wikinews

Hi, Some people wondered about the state of Dutch Wikinews at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Foundation_Board_noticeboard#No_a… There was already some discussion about it at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Language_committee#Request_for_launchi… and there were different opinions. I'm neutral about this matter.
