I see that the project fulfills the activity criterion since 5 months now. Always just with 3 users, but that's ok. Interface translation is always ok. What I'm more concerned about, especially since it is a Wikisource (and of course I'd prefer if no more Wikisource versions were created), is that nobody from the community asked for the creation of the subdomain. The Meta request, e.g., was created by OWTB because of the activity of the project. Maybe the community would prefer to stay on the Multilingual WS?

I would like to propose the approval of Piedmontese Wikisource https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requests_for_new_languages/Wikisource_Piedmontese (pms). (Link to test https://wikisource.org/wiki/Main_Page/Piemont%C3%A8is) It has been active continuously since May 2017, and has over 1,000 pages. Interface translation is complete. (There are some translations marked outdated, and we are asking the contributors on this test project to update or confirm those.)
I will place a community notice on Meta and on Multilingual Wikisource.
Steven
