Hi and sorry for long delay. I was very busy during March, so it's my
responsibility because we haven't done this earlier.
Gerard and I have come to the joint proposal for changing the
consensus-based rules. The proposal is below and we should send it to the
Board.
Discussion about the proposal should last up to April 1st.
"During more than a decade of its existence, Language committee's main task
was to block creation of the projects. Having in mind that goal and the
fact that the capacities of the Wikimedia movement at that time were not
linguistically strong, the main rule related to the decision-making process
inside of the Language committee was consensus.
Language policy is different today than it was at the time of creation. We
have established a common sense practice based on the situation then. As a
result, we ask the Board to reconsider the rule of consensus inside of the
Language committee and allow it to make decisions by majority,
supermajority or other methods defined by the committee itself."
The community adressed some of the concerns already and is continuing to
improve it. I'll file a bug later.

Dear sir
I felt glad to see Dotyali(Doteli) language in Wikimedia Incubator project. This is my mother-language too. To watch thoroughly, this prepared mother language Wikipedia I found it's subject matter in Dotyali language. I have worked in Dotyali language's News about 15 years as result I have got some experiences about it. All contents are good but some of them are very short. There is tried to encompass all it's dimensions. Language style is also favourable as well good. Though for advanced, it's writing composition for levels progress that no doubt could go ahead one step .To make it extensive the the role Wikipedians contribution will be crucial.
With Best Regards

Hello Sir,
I am from the Language Committee of the Wikimedia Foundation. Doteli language community has been working on a Doteli language project on Wikimedia Incubator. We would like you to help us in verifying that the content written by the Doteli community is actually Doteli language.
Consider checking any random pages on the following pages:

* https://tools.wmflabs.org/meta/catanalysis/index.php?cat=0&title=wp/dty&wik…
Ping me. If you need any help while figuring out which pages to review.
We really appreciate your help and this will give the opportunity to Doteli Community to have a separate Doteli Wikipedia.

Hi Henrik,
Khowar Wikipedians have been trying to build a Wikipedia in Khowar langauge. The project, as of now, is at Incubator. Can you confirm if the language written in actually Khowar or something else ?
Here is a list to all the pages in this project:
https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:PrefixIndex/Wp/khw/
Or just have a look at this random page:
https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/khw/الطاف_حسین_حالی<https://incubator.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wp/khw/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B7%D8%A7%D9%81_…>
Hoping to hear soon from you. This will help people speaking Khowar to have a separate Wikipedia project.
