That's why it was held for moderation; my oversight. Gerard - perhaps someone on the Language team could fill that role (providing the very occasional comment). Alternately, you could have noone fill that role, and simply post a public update 1 week in advance, inviting comment from anyone. That might even work better, as it would double as public communication.
