This part is a bit interesting, we do have consensus, but how would someone not able to understand another language or to see Indic fonts be able to understand the consensus page?
simply add an english translation of the vital passage(s) to the same page. when this happens to me as a steward, i usually ask people to translate and the passage i need to understand into english at that very page, so it becomes a bilingual passage. this always works well :-)
