I have another question regard to Thai Wikipedia. Severl months ago, all the
namespaces were changed from English language to Thai language. But it seems
that "Wikipedia" namespace was forgotten. Do I need to re-discuss about this
again or just make a request to the developer directly? Thank you for any
response.
Regards,
Manop
In Thai WP, we need to change the namespace also

The recommended way, as I understand it, is to
first have a discussion
on
your wiki
to reach a decision and then file a request to have the
namespace

This part is a bit interesting, we do have consensus, but how would
someone not able to understand another language or to see Indic fonts
be able to understand the consensus page?
simply add an english translation of the vital passage(s) to the same
page.
when this happens to me as a steward, i usually ask people to translate
and
the passage i need to understand into english at that very page, so it
becomes a bilingual passage. this always works well :-)
