But aren't the Old Prussians more closely related to Poles than Germans, if language is any guide? (which it is, I think, albeit imperfectly). OTOH, now that I think about it, mentioning Balto-Slavic was one of the alleged errors in US textbooks that somebody put on a junk page, and I seem to recall that this page was in fact Helga's. Perhaps she believes in Balto-Germanic?
