New subject: Commons: Help!

I've just discoverd that as I used the italian page to upload the image it
is visible in http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immagine:Immagine-004.jpg
But there is written:

''Questo file č ora disponibile su Wikimedia Commons con un nome differente:
tavolabao''

But if you go to the link to 'tavolabao' you get: "No file by this name
exists."

     Hi Nino,
   it seems you haven't uploaded the image to commons, 
 http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Immagine-004.jpg is empty.
 You've only uploaded the image locally on sw.wikipedia. 
 However, the image description lacks pretty much every requirement, 
 such as author, source, date and license under which the image is 
 available. The license must be a free one.

 To put an image from commons in an article is just exactly the same as 
 putting a locally uploaded one:
 [[Image:nameoftheimage.ext|<parameters>]].
