The first thing we need to do is ensure that all of the omissions that Mr. Groznic has kindly pointed out for us here are filled. Alas, I am no expert on this subject or I'd be working on it right now.
PS, the banning of User:Misterhand43 can only be a symptom of an Arbitration Committee gone mad with power, a clear sign that the system is broken and must be reigned in. :)
