Is someone working on making this useful again. I decided to try refreshing the page, despite the warning at the top, and got the following message:
(The page was last refreshed just -154694 minutes ago; please wait another 154699 minutes and try again.)
That was in italics; the parentheses are from the original. Requiring five minutes between refreshes seems entirely reasonable, even generous--except that its clock is clearly off.
