FYI,
Will Wikipedia Mean the End Of Traditional Encyclopedias?
The Wall Street Journal Online invited Mr. Wales to discuss the topic with Dale Hoiberg, editor-in-chief of Britannica. Their exchange, carried out over email, is below.

Has there ever been one? The more I read from and about EBI, the more it amuses me. I guess Hoiberg's "Somebody help! Wales is using hyperlinks!" will be in folk tales sooner or later.
Having experienced a certain amount of strange events in communicating with EBI, I still would prefer to have a honest discussion with them. To my knowledge, this is currently not an option for EBI for whatever reasons. Others may be luckier.
