You can just cut and paste the HTML file in the article
and then upload the pictures.
The only thing is - HTML is very complex and hard to edit,
which is why Wikipedia uses a separate syntax.
It all depends on the level of formatting you have. If it's complex
formatting, it will be hard to convert to the Wikipedia syntax.
As to pictures, the Wikipedia image syntax is the only one
that works. You can link images by placing the following code:
[[Image:NameofFileUploadedtoWikipedia.jpg|thumb|right|200px|Caption]]
