Today's New York Times Magazine has a long list of ideas which they call "The Year in Ideas". One of those ideas is "Populist Editing", which , you guessed it, is about Wikis in general and Wikipedia in particular. Very positive writeup.

Would it be ok for someone to cut and paste that article into here? I don't have a subscription to the NY Times Magazine. I'd really like to read the article.

The NY Times magazine is online, as part of the Times Website. Registration is required but free (and they really won't start sending you junk--I've been a registered user for a couple of years and have never heard from them). www.nytimes.com
