Hi,
Is it by any special intention that when one requests for password reset, it takes several minutes, if not hours before the reset email is delivered?
I'm currently facing the same challenge. Plus, i'm not also able to request a new password reset until 24 hours have passed.
Why? I don't think giving Spam as the excuse really is true, as Wikipedia isn't the only website online.
Well I've never experienced this.
When I tried resetting my password am sent a temporary password which I use to login and then am now allowed to enter a new one.
So check Spam and see.
Regards.
