It seems to me that having the same percentage to *become* an admin and
*be removed* as an admin is perplexing.
And I think that many or most of those who voted 'no' on Waerth would
agree with this: Waerth crossed the line on a few occassions but has
been, overall, a very good user, and we can all understand the reasons
for his frustration, even if we don't agree.
I don't know enough of the details of what all has been tried in this
case, but it seems sad to me to have a very good user (a steward, well
trusted internationally, very often a press spokesperson for dutch
wikipedia) desysopped on such a slim process.
