Is the server not accessable due to some maintenance issues or is it just being overrun by people reading our 9/11 articles? We probably are going to get a couple hundred more tribute articles in the next few days....

I think it's the second, since asking a page does not get an error but does give the page, although awfully slow - as if we're back to phase II.
