No, I was asking about just moving the Main Page, like German
Wiktionary, which is using Wiktionary:Hauptseite as the Main Page.
Namespace in the title is OK, if the title is accepted internally.
But, is there a reason other Wikipedias haven't done it yet?

Korean Wikipedia is seeking for new name for the

put Main Page under a namespace?
Currently the name of the main page and its url are the same, so this
would require a change in the software (split them into visible text &
url).
