I have create a new WikiProject. "Check Wikipedia" will help to clean the syntax of Wikipedia and to find some other errors. And this in many languages (at the moment de, en, fr, nds, nl, ru).

I wrote a script in perl. The script scan every new dump and create a list of articles with errors. Daily the script scan all articles from this list again and create some different lists for the users.

At the moment the script is in version 0.1 alpha. This mean there are some bugs. :-) I have also the script limited by 2000 errors.

The project was inspired by http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject Wiki Syntax.

And the system is not new. I have use the basic script for the controlling of the persondata in the German Wikipedia. http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Personendaten/Wartung/Fehlerliste So we have eliminated over 20000 errors in the last months.
