Good enough for me. I'm not attached to this policy enough to complain about the fact that only one of those email addresses was "non-disposable". I've added tum to the language list. The wikipedia http://tum.wikipedia.org should be set up by the time you read this, you can create other projects with the relevant "create wiki" button if you wish.

I'd say that even without that, there was no clear objection, in which case the policy is in my opinion not to be adhered to, the more since it is still only a proposed policy.
