No, the bug has not been addressed yet. We are not in a hurry, though, we have a lot of text translations ongoing anyway, so we can wait for a few days. If nothing happens by the end of the week I'll go and spend some tears on the IRC channel, to make sure someone will have mercy for pitiful us :)

I don't know if it's vandalism or just a very confused user. Either way, there's no need to keep it and interwiki redirects don't work anyway.
