I've locked the Klingon Wikipedia (tlh.wikipedia.org) on Jimmy's request. It remains online for now, but is no longer editable.
(Perhaps it could be moved to WikiCities?)

I have to wonder, is the Lojban Wikipedia next?
Either way, I do think it should be moved to WikiCities, and I don't see why the WMF needs to be so stingy with its trademarks (the Tokipona encyclopedia wikicities can't use the name "Wikipesija" since it is/resembles a Wikimedia trademark).
If they were "kicked out" of using the Wikipedia subdomain, I don't see what's wrong with letting them continue to call themselves "Wikipedia" (TP wasn't even using the name "Wikipedia" -- since when is "Wikipesija" widely agreed upon as a trademark of the WMF??), as long as they keep up to the standards required by Wikipedia (NPOV, same licensing, etc)

Using the name Wikipedia, or whatever it is in Klingon, is probably a bad idea for legal issues. Someone might see something they don't like on it and send a rediculous legal threat to wikipedia or something. Just my opinion.
Look at the recent changes on tlh/klingon. 8 changes in the last 30 days! I see more edits then that in the regular 7 day view on jbo/lojban.
Klingon was made for movies and tv series's anyway. Lojban wasn't. Lojban is actually designed to be used by humans. It is the native language of Lojbanistan (hah!).
By the way, isn't it great there exists a mediawiki wiki host that will host an encyclopedia in pretty much any language, and doesn't even charge anything, at the expense of a few small text ads? yay :)
