Unfortunately yes - registration / signin is needed.
I can't tell if reg by the end of November gives you a year of access, or just access until the end of November. They're celebrating launching their new site, so I suppose they want registrants.

Hmm, yes. I guess "the last 10 years of journals" isn't a very useful arrangement unless you're looking for something very specific.
