Besides the legal issues: Never force someone to contribute his
(home-)work under a free license to Wikimedia projects. This will cause
a lot of rejection like we had seen in a single case in German wikipedia
where pupils "were forced" to contribute to Wikipedia. This caused a lot
of trouble inside the community.
