Request was originally for the creation of a Jèrriais Wikipedia, but it has been agreed upon to create a pan-Norman wiki, instead, using Jèrriais as the de facto standard. There is currently a thriving test-wiki in Norman (though at least 95% of the articles are in Jèrriais). I am requesting that the Wikipedia be created at nor.wikipedia.org, or, if there is a problem with this owing to nor's designation as the ISO code for Norwegian (though there likely would be no wikipedia conflict; norwegian already has a 2-letter domain code), nrm.wikipedia.org would also work.
